I am a trainer at an Outsourcing center which employs approx. 600 customer service representatives, and I am trying to find some new motivation for the training classrooms. Since my students are adults, (the average age range is 26- 38) , I am having even more trouble finding new ice breaker and / or games that get the students motivated. If anyone could suggest a site or training material that i can order, I would really appreciate that.
